  1. Can you stop advertising yourself and focus on the useful part of the video, you're going fucking fast and the fancy editing skills are just so confusing. Looking at the comments section, this does not work, and it doesn't.

  2. at 2:11 you opened the wp_config file. Where did you access this? Did you open this on the phpadmin from your target site after you imported the sql file? This is the step where I am lost. Thank you for your help

  3. I followed your steps word by word. But when the database got uploaded to my server I found that it had uploaded the theme default and not what I had modified. More shockingly the database on my local host got completely corrupted. Any suggestion?

  4. Hi, just came across this now. I keep getting this error when i try to import the sql file into the live site from localhost
    SQL query:
CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS `wp_housejosephcommentmeta` (
    `meta_id` bigint( 20 ) unsigned NOT NULL ,
    `comment_id` bigint( 20 ) unsigned NOT NULL DEFAULT '0',
    `meta_key` varchar( 255 ) COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci DEFAULT NULL ,
    `meta_value` longtext COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci
    ) ENGINE = InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET = utf8mb4 COLLATE = utf8mb4_unicode_ci;

Ive checked and unchecked the Add + Drop boxes in the export setting in localhost. Cant seem to get past this, help, thanks.

  5. Can't believe something like ITcuties finally helped me with migrating the damn database. No cPanel bullshit, no plugins, just simple step by step solution, using simple (AND STATED) tools. Thanks, ITcuties!

  6. mine says no database selected after seeing this:

    SQL query:

    — Database: `localhost`

    — ——————————————————–

    — Table structure for table `wp_commentmeta`

CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS  `wp_commentmeta` (

     `comment_id` BIGINT( 20 ) UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT  '0',
     `meta_key` VARCHAR( 255 ) DEFAULT NULL ,
     `meta_value` LONGTEXT,
    PRIMARY KEY (  `meta_id` ) ,
    KEY  `comment_id` (  `comment_id` ) ,
    KEY  `meta_key` (  `meta_key` )
